The Opportunity:
As part of growth in our Legal Function Transformation team, we are seeking a Specialist (equivalent to a Consultant/Senior Consultant/Junior Manager in Big4 consulting) to join our Sydney office.
Our Legal Function Transformation team is relentlessly client-focused, with deep global and regional experience helping General Counsels and their teams solve their strategic and operational challenges.
In this role, you will support delivery across our core service offerings including:
- Legal function strategy and operating model design;
- Transformation roadmaps and process optimisation;
- Legal technology advisory and implementation;
- Legal shared services design for:
- Optimised delivery of routine legal services; and
- Large-scale contract remediation for major projects and transactions.
You will contribute to research, analysis, process design, technology implementation, project management and business development. It is an opportunity to build foundational skills in consulting and legal operations while working with experienced practitioners and leading international companies.

About You
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate intellectual curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in shaping how leading international companies operate.
- You will bring 3-5 years' experience through internships, placements, or early-career roles in consulting, organisational transformation, process / operating model design, legal operations, technology, or data/analytics.
- Experience with legal AI tools, workflow automation, or contract lifecycle management platforms will be highly regarded, as will a demonstrated interest in process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance in business, law, economics, information systems/technology, data/analytics, or related fields is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and the use of AI tools, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
- Organised and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; comfortable working independently and collaboratively in teams.
