The Role
In this position, you’ll take on a leading role managing Omni’s identity and endpoint environment, ensuring secure, reliable access to systems and a well-managed fleet of devices across the organisation. Your focus will span Microsoft Entra ID, device management through Intune, and endpoint security, with a strong emphasis on maintaining control, compliance, and a seamless user experience.
Your day-to-day will combine hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You’ll manage identity and access controls, strengthen authentication and conditional access policies, and oversee endpoint configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management. You’ll also play a key role in uplifting endpoint and identity security, working with Microsoft Defender to detect and respond to threats while ensuring devices remain protected and up to date.
Working as part of a small, collaborative ICT team, you’ll have real influence over how our identity and endpoint platforms evolve. Whether it’s implementing new capabilities, refining policies, automating device provisioning, or improving operational processes, your input will directly shape a secure and efficient working environment. If you enjoy a mix of operational ownership, security focus, and practical engineering, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible and meaningful impact.

You’re comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with continuous improvement, and can translate complex identity, device, and security concepts into clear, practical guidance for stakeholders. You take pride in maintaining secure access controls, well managed endpoints, and a reliable user experience, while actively contributing to the uplift of security and operational maturity across the environment.
