We’re hiring: Casual Café Cook (15–20 hours per week, Richmond Café)
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in a café kitchen.
- A genuine interest in café-style food and a desire to grow your skills.
- High standards, a strong sense of urgency, and self-discipline.
- A passion for great food and coffee, always striving to raise the bar.
- The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving café-style food daily.
- Assisting with food prep and following set procedures to ensure consistency.
- Maintaining the kitchen to a high standard of hygiene and safety.
- Keeping the kitchen space clean, organised, and running smoothly.
