Casual Retail Sales Team Members – West Brothers
West Brothers is a family-owned business with a fun, relaxed and supportive workplace. We’re looking for friendly and reliable casual team members to join our retail sales team.
As part of the West Brothers team, you’ll help customers find the right products, provide great service and support the day-to-day running of the store. You’ll also have opportunities to build your sales, communication and retail skills, get involved in social media content and learn more about streetwear and the culture behind it.
We’re proud to have a team where everyone gets along, helps each other and enjoys coming to work. Whether you’re new to retail or already have experience, we’ll help you learn, grow and develop your skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Providing product advice and creating a positive shopping experience
- Sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for streetwear and its culture
- Processing sales and handling transactions
- Restocking products and maintaining store presentation
- Helping with deliveries and general store operations
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
- Getting involved in social media content and product promotion, if interested
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly, positive and confident with customers
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Passionate about streetwear, sneakers, fashion and the culture behind them
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Interested in social media or content creation
- Available to work some weekends and busy trading periods
- Retail experience is preferred, but full training will be provided
Pay: Relevant award rate, including casual loading and applicable penalties.
