Reporting into the Customer Delivery Manager - Medical, the Sales Contracts Coordinator will be based at our Notting Hill head office in Victoria and enjoy flexibility, a healthy work-life balance, and have the option of hybrid working. The nature of employment will be a 15-month, max-term contract, acting as coverage for the substantive employee on parental eave. You will support our Medical Division and play a key role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of sales contracts.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and compliance of sales contracts;
- Maintain organised, complete, and up to date records of all contract documentation;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on smooth contract processes and optimal customer pricing;
- Guide the Sales team with contract-related inquiries and issues;
- Liaise with customer site representatives to coordinate inductions, training, and equipment;
- Accurately track and record onboarding activities;
- Coordinate the completion of customer questionnaires and other documentation;
- Collate commonly requested information and streamlined responses to aid future submissions;
- Track and deliver documentation to meet submission deadlines;
- Regular reporting on contract status, performance metrics, and issues;
- Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;
- Always ensure a safety-first approach.
The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related discipline (desirable);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications, especially Microsoft Excel;
- Proven experience in handling contracts, preferably within a similar industry;
- Well versed with engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Exemplary understanding of compliance rules and ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards, and;
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication, organisational, task management] skills.
