About the role
As a Senior BIM Technician, you will play a key role in the delivery and coordination of Building Services designs across a variety of sectors. You will be responsible for developing high-quality BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, coordination and management of BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
- Produce high-quality Revit models and design documentation in accordance with project requirements and WSP standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve clashes using industry-standard BIM tools.
- Support project teams in the planning and delivery of BIM requirements and digital engineering strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans and project-specific BIM deliverables.
- Identify and proactively manage project coordination risks and constructability issues.
- Mentor junior BIM technicians and promote best-practice BIM workflows.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM standards, content libraries and digital engineering processes.
- Manage project deliverables to agreed quality standards, budgets and deadlines.
Support innovation and the adoption of emerging digital technologies across the business.
