Be part of the opening team at Zanobia, Sydney's newest premium Middle Eastern restaurant in the heart of Barangaroo. We are looking for passionate and experienced hospitality professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences.
About the Role
As a Section Waiter/Waitress, you will manage your own section, provide attentive and professional table service, and ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.
- Manage your own section efficiently during busy service periods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to a high standard.
- Recommend menu items and beverages confidently.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of your section.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and RSA requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Section Waiter/Waitress is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current NSW RSA Certificate (essential).
