Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Domino’s Spearwood. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, team leadership and driving store performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and supervise team members to maintain high performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints
- Manage staff rostering, stock control, and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and workplace standards
- Drive sales, meet targets, and improve store profitability.
About You:
- Previous 1-2 years experience in retail or hospitality management (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
