Little Kickers Newcastle & Maitland are looking for a new coach to join our expanding team!
Little Kickers is a Soccer based learning program for children 18months to 7 years of age specialising in teaching kids so much more than just soccer. We are looking for an enthusiastic new coach to join our team who has the ability to facilitate classes and loves sport.
Soccer experience is a bonus, however potential applicants should understand it is not a requirement to have high level soccer experience as the level of skills we are teaching to the children can easily be picked up by sporty people.
Flexible casual hours available, many coaches work up to up to 15 hours a week but some choose just to work one shift of 2-4 hours if they wish. For many of our coaches its a paid passion.
We have many coaches that work / study full time and still enjoy coaching to enhance their studies or as a sporting interest.

Whilst we employ new starters as "Assistant coaches" we are looking for people with an ability to progress towards being "lead coaches" and running classes.
Pay rates are in line with industry award and may vary with applicants age.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate;
-Experience of communicating with members of the general public and young children
-Physical fitness and stamina
-A personal commitment to sustaining professional working practices at all times including excellent -timekeeping and punctuality skills
-The right aptitude for coaching young children
-Ability to work as part of a team
- Punctual, accurate and safe delivery of the football activity coaching content in the
Little Kickers programme during the session, as the Assistant coach
-Assist in monitoring and maintenance of a safe environment at all times during the session
-Reporting to and coordination with your employer after sessions.
-Has own reliable transport (car)
-Willing to store and transport equipment on occasion.
-Periodic announcements to parents and carers attending sessions as requested by your employer
-General tidy up of the venue after the days programme is completed
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $27.50 – $35.00 per hour
