About The Wilton
Opening May 2026, The Wilton will overlook the stunning Bingara Gorge golf course and become the region’s newest social hub. The venue will feature:

The Role
As part of our opening team, you’ll be the face of The Wilton — welcoming guests, creating memorable moments, and bringing the venue to life.
Your day-to-day will include:
Greeting and seating customers
Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
Taking orders and processing payments
Preparing beverages and cocktails
Washing and restocking glassware
Monitoring RSA and supporting responsible service
Attending to gaming machines and providing payouts (Gaming roles only)
Specialized Gaming or Bar & Cocktail roles require prior experience.
What is needed to be successful in this role?
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) - Mandatory requirement
Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) – Gaming positions only
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required
Ability to work a flexible roster
Ability to work in a diverse team in a busy environment
Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
Please note that you must be available to work on weekends, nights, and public holidays.
