We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the front - supporting the day-to-day running of service, guiding the team and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading service and supporting the team across floor and bar
Running shifts and maintaining strong service standards
Assisting with training and development of junior staff
Supporting rostering, opening/closing procedures and daily operations
Ensuring a positive, professional and team-focused environment
About you:
Previous experience in a supervisor or senior FOH role
Strong understanding of service, flow and guest experience
Confident across both floor and bar
Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
A natural leader with a positive, team-first approach
Available evenings and weekends (Wed–Sun dinner + weekend lunch)
