Housekeeping Supervisor | Barossa Valley, SA
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Louise, a luxury lodge in the heart of the Barossa Valley. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to deliver immaculate guest suites and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Room Attendants to ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and presented to exacting 5-star standards
- Coordinate daily housekeeping assignments and inspect rooms to maintain quality
- Train, coach and develop housekeeping team members
- Order and maintain par stock of guest supplies, linens and cleaning products
- Assist with cleaning rooms and public areas as needed to meet service standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping
- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures
About You The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or luxury lodge
- Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to excellence
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise effectively
- Positive, hands-on approach
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
