Support Worker Opportunity – Community Participation
Location: Brighton, VIC 3186
Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Duration: 3–4 hours per shift

Hands for Community is looking for a friendly, reliable and engaging Support Worker to support an NDIS participant in Brighton, Victoria.
The role will focus on helping the participant get out into the community, participate in activities, attend appointments or social activities, and build confidence and independence.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as an NDIS Support Worker preferred
- Friendly, patient and respectful approach
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable supporting community participation
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check, if applicable
- First Aid & CPR
- Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle preferred
Available Shifts
Tuesday: 3–4 hours
Thursday: 3–4 hours
