Key Responsibilities
- Barista Duty: Making and pouring high-quality specialty coffee, and keeping the machine pristine.
- Kitchen Duty: Confidently preparing food, working the grill and fryer to cook breakfast and lunch menu items.
- Customer Service: Greeting regulars, taking orders accurately, and handling cash/EFTPOS transactions.
- Floor & Maintenance: Clearing tables, washing dishes, restocking supplies, and general cafe cleaning to keep the space sparkling.
What We Are Looking For
- Communication Superstars: You have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for customer service.
- Proven Experience:
- Must have solid experience making coffee.
- Must have experience working on a grill and fryer (short-order cooking).
- The "All-Rounder" Mindset: You are adaptable, proactive, and happy to pitch in with any cafe-related work as required.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work well under pressure during peak morning rushes.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
