About the Role:

Lead, coach and mentor educators.

Deliver engaging educational programs aligned to the EYLF.

Essential Requirements:
Qualifications
-
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or recognised equivalent at Children’s Services Employee Level 4+)
OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with the required long day care experience
Experience (within a long day care setting)

Diploma holders: minimum 2 years' Lead Educator experience.

Graduate Diploma/Master of Teaching: 3–4 years' Educator experience or 2+ years' Lead Educator experience in Australian long day care.

Experience leading a room in a long day care setting

Confidence mentoring other educators
-
Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF

Passion for creating engaging learning environments
Compliance Documentation
- Working with Children Check

National Child Safety Training (GECCKO)
-
RRHAN Fundamentals & Masterclass (SA where applicable)
-
ACT Child Abuse and Neglect Training (where applicable)
-
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
