Who we're looking for
We have an ongoing full-time position for a Coordinator - Eastern Treatment Operations, based in Camperdown and working across sites in our service region from Lismore to Port Campbell.
You'll manage our Eastern Treatment Operations Team while taking a lead role in water and sewerage treatment processes, including treatment optimisation, water and treated effluent quality sampling, and works management programs.
This position comes with a generous salary of $102,449 to $114,283 p.a. plus superannuation.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with
- A Certificate III in Water Industry Operations, or a relevant qualification in water operations, environmental management, engineering, science, asset management or a related field.
- Experience in leading small teams.
- Practical knowledge and awareness of the legislative requirements of treatment plant operations and maintenance.
- Self-motivation, management of time, setting priorities and a systematic approach to problem solving
- Sound knowledge of the application of Quality Management Systems in an operational environment.
