Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Order Management for Telecom (OMT) to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow-based telecom order management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, telecom workflows, and end-to-end order lifecycle management.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and automated telecom service delivery solutions aligned with business requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Order Management for Telecom (OMT)
- Configure and customize OMT workflows, order capture, orchestration, and fulfillment processes
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external telecom systems (CRM, ERP, inventory, OSS/BSS)
- Build and maintain Service Catalog, Flow Designer workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, and REST APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the order lifecycle
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of ServiceNow implementations
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in design reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong hands-on experience with Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of telecom order lifecycle, OSS/BSS systems, and workflow orchestration
- Experience in ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules
- Understanding of integration patterns and middleware tools
- ServiceNow certification (CSA / CAD preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
