Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Kitchen Hand to join the team at The Wattle Hotel.
Previous kitchen experience is preferred, with an immediate start available for the right person.

What You’ll Do
- Wash and store kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
- Assist with stock deliveries and stock rotation
- Complete daily cleaning and kitchen preparation tasks
- Support chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and willingness to take direction
- The ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Confidence working in a fast-paced and physically active environment
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
