Plex Eats is a fast-growing corporate café and catering business located in the Metroplex business precinct in Murarrie.
We specialise in fresh, premium catering for corporate clients across Brisbane, delivering everything from morning teas and working lunches to conferences and large corporate events. As our catering division continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable, organised and passionate Catering Team Member to join our team.

About the Role
This is a casual position with shifts offered based on our daily catering schedule and business requirements. As catering volumes vary from day to day, shift times and hours will depend on the number and size of catering orders booked.
Typical shifts are available Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 2:30pm, with earlier starts or extended hours occasionally required during busy periods.
You'll play an important role in ensuring every catering order is prepared, packed and delivered to the highest standard. During quieter catering periods, you'll also assist with café food preparation and general operations.
No evening/night work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble premium corporate catering orders
- Prepare sandwiches, wraps, sliders, pastries, grazing items and other catering products
- Pack, label and quality check catering orders before dispatch
- Ensure all orders meet Plex Eats' presentation and quality standards
- Coordinate multiple catering orders while meeting strict preparation and delivery deadlines
- Deliver catering orders safely and professionally to corporate clients throughout Brisbane
- Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries
- Assist with café food preparation and general kitchen duties when required
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
- Assist with stock rotation, receiving deliveries and general cleaning
About You

Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable Car
- Confident driving throughout Brisbane
- Previous experience in a catering, café, commercial kitchen or hospitality environment
- Experience preparing, packing and coordinating corporate catering orders
- Experience managing catering orders while maintaining quality and meeting delivery timeframes
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
Desirable
- Previous corporate catering delivery experience
- Food Safety Certificate
- Experience with dietary requirements and allergen management
- Barista experience (advantage but not essential)
- Hospitality qualifications

Competitive casual hourly rate in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award, based on experience.
