What’s the role?
You’ll bring your passion for building connections together with your lending expertise to grow new business across our healthcare portfolio in Sydney, Warrane, Gadigal Country.
In this role, you’ll be out in the market, building relationships, tapping into your network, and uncovering new opportunities. You’ll originate and manage a pipeline of new to bank deals while also using your credit knowledge to structure and write loans. Working closely with internal specialists, you’ll deliver seamless, well managed lending solutions for healthcare customers across a diverse portfolio.
This is a full time role based in Sydney with a strong focus on relationship building in the local community.
What do I need?
- Experience in commercial lending with strong credit knowledge
- Proven ability to generate new business and build long term relationships
- Confidence in structuring and writing lending deals
- Strong connection to local networks or ability to build them quickly
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn and develop
