Our client is a leading ICT provider of Information Technology solutions to the SME and Corporate markets.
They have an excellent opportunity for a customer focused individual to provide junior IT Field & Workshop support casual to our extensive client base.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will expose the successful applicant to a wide range of products and services utilised to deploy intricate Information Technology solutions as implemented by our technical department.
Role:
- Field warranty support for I.T hardware equipment
- Field warranty support for printer hardware equipment
- Workshop repairs, and prep work in workshop
- Imaging of computers
- Installation of operating systems
- Complete service documentation as required
Desirable (but not essential):
- I.T field support Experience
- Peripheral experience
Essential:
- Minimum 1 years experience in an IT support role
- Ability to work under pressure & deal with multiple tasks
- Superior communication skills, written & verbal (must be fluent in English and possess great phone manner)
- IT qualifications (minimum TAFE)
- Be reliable, punctual, well organised & presented
- Accurate problem resolution skills with clear documentation
- Attention to detail
- Current NSW Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Package:
It will depend on individual skills and experience and will incorporate all legislative requirements.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
