We are seeking a passionate experienced cook to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial kitchens preferably with the expertise to contribute to the menu and kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to provided recipes.
- Oversee kitchen staffs and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Involve in menu developing and creating.
- Ordering, stock control and rotation(FIFO).
- Must know how to maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team.

This position requires:
- At least 1 years of relevant work experience in similar rolls or in hospitality environment.

- must be fully available over a 7-day roster and able to work for 5 days weekly shifts including weekends
- Be able to work under pressure and team player
- Have a strong communication skills and show attention to details
- Relocate or commute yourself
