About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Building Supervisor to join our Doncaster team, managing Escape of Liquid (EOL) claims. You'll oversee projects from assessment through to completion, coordinating trades, liaising with insurers and customers, and ensuring every job is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage, coordinate & manage trades
- Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs
- Liaise between insured parties & insurance companies
- Coordinate access to properties with insured parties
- Dispute / issue resolution as required
- Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OHS requirements
- Ensure all relevant inspections, certificates & documentation is signed off
- Work closely with Estimators & experience Site Supervisors
- Assist in organising contracts, processing quotes & updating variations
- Cost reporting
- Support & assist the administration team when required

- Construction / Building Trade Qualification or relevant experience
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Relationship building skills
- Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Can-do & positive attitude
- Willingness to learn & start from the ground up in a fast-moving organisation & team
- Prior experience as a Supervisor is desirable but not essential
- Valid Australian driver licence
