Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively as part of a passionate team to provide high-quality education and care.
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, service policies and child safety practices.
- Complete observations and contribute to children's learning documentation.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding children's learning and wellbeing.
- Support the implementation of Montessori principles throughout daily practice.
About You
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and EYLF.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
- A commitment to providing exceptional care and learning experiences for every child.
