Available Shifts:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators with forklift skills to join a busy manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for technically minded individuals with previous machine operating experience. Candidates with experience operating plastic manufacturing machinery will be highly regarded.
You will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring machine performance, conducting basic machine checks, and using a forklift to transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to support daily manufacturing operations.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and identify any operational issues.
- Conduct routine machine checks and report faults or maintenance requirements.
- Operate a forklift to move raw materials, pallets, and finished goods throughout the site.
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Support general production and warehouse activities as required.
- Perform manual handling tasks when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and site policies.
Essential Requirements
- Current LF Forklift Licence with previous forklift operating experience.
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience operating plastic manufacturing machinery is highly preferred.
- Mechanically minded with strong attention to safety.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full Australian working rights.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
