About your role:
In this full time position, you will work as a member of TeamViewer’s IT Service Desk, a global software technology vendor. You will assist the team, providing support to employees across the Asia-Pacific region.
Your role will include:
- Basic troubleshooting
- Asset management
- Log in tickets into our ticketing system
- Provide excellent customer service to staff in our Adelaide office
- Support the IT service desk with ad-hoc duties as required

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor of Information Technology or similar qualification required
- At least 12 months’ relevant employment experience
- Good knowledge of desktop operating systems such as Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows applications such as Office 365
- High level of English written and oral ability
- Interested in new technologies and good technical understanding
- Self-motivated and can work proactively
