Diploma level Room Leader - 0-2 Years
The successful candidate will have:
- Passion for educating young children.
- Previous room leading experience.
- Knowledge of the Child Safe Standards and the expectation of our roles as mandatory reporters.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- A positive and bubbly approach to their work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion; enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care.
- A working knowledge of the New Quality Framework, EYLF and NQS
- Current working with children's check.
- Recent (within last 6 months) police check.
- Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional; collaborative and focused team.
- Strong initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Can not have been deemed unfit to be working with young children.
- Ability to delegate and work well within a diverse team.
- Must be able to provide 2 professional references.
- Must be suitable to working with children.
