Ottimo in Coolangatta is looking for a Gelato Maker to join our team for approximately 15–25 hours per week, primarily during daytime shifts. Experience as a barista would be a plus.
We operate seven days a week, with weekends and school holidays being our busiest times.
We are seeking someone with:
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, friendly attitude, even under pressure
Experience in the food industry is required.
