About the Job
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Offshore Integrity Engineer to provide technical leadership in the development and execution of asset integrity, inspection, maintenance, reliability and risk management programs for offshore production and pipeline systems, including greenfield and brownfield developments, with an ongoing focus on supporting assets throughout their operational lifecycle.
The successful candidate will serve as a key technical advisor to project and operations teams, leading the development of integrity management frameworks from concept and FEED through detailed design, execution and commissioning support, operational readiness, life extension and decommissioning.
This role requires a strong blend of engineering expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and digital innovation, with particular emphasis on performance monitoring, automation, assurance frameworks and advanced inspection technologies.

What You'll Do
- Lead the development and delivery of integrity management, reliability, inspection and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs across complex offshore assets and infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership for asset integrity, including pipelines, pressure equipment, subsea systems and structural assets.
- Support life extension, fitness-for-service assessments and risk-based decision-making to maximise asset performance and reliability.
- Develop integrity assurance frameworks, performance metrics, monitoring programs and operational readiness strategies.
- Drive digital innovation through integrity dashboards, predictive analytics, automated reporting and data-driven insights.
- Develop inspection, condition monitoring and surveillance strategies, including the application of advanced and non-intrusive inspection technologies.
- Build strong relationships with clients, regulators and stakeholders, providing trusted advice on integrity and risk management.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor technical professionals, contribute to business development activities and support the continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices.
What You'll Have
- A degree in Mechanical, Materials, Corrosion, Chemical, Offshore, Reliability Engineering or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in offshore oil and gas, energy infrastructure or related industries, with a strong track record in asset integrity management.
- Proven experience leading integrity management, inspection and reliability programs across complex offshore facilities and subsea assets.
- Strong knowledge of corrosion management, integrity assurance, Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), asset reliability and life extension methodologies.
- Experience developing integrity performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards and monitoring systems to support informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated success implementing digitalisation, automation and data-driven solutions within integrity or asset management environments.
- Sound understanding of Australian offshore regulatory requirements and relevant industry standards.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, regulators and senior stakeholders, providing strategic and risk-based advice.
- Strong leadership, communication, mentoring and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- A passion for safety, operational excellence, continuous improvement and advancing integrity management through innovation and digital technologies.
Desirable
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or equivalent professional accreditation.
- API 580/API 581 and/or NACE/AMPP certification.
- Experience implementing or assessing Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) programs.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, digital asset management systems and integrity data platforms.
