We are looking for an experienced Medical/Allied Health Receptionist to join our busy clinic in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
Our clinic is open 7 days a week and provides care to a wide range of patients. We are seeking someone who is confident, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The role includes:
- Managing patient appointments and enquiries
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Managing patient records and administration tasks
- Supporting practitioners with daily clinic operations
- General reception and administrative duties
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role
- Is confident using Cliniko practice management software (essential)
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Can multitask and stay organised in a busy clinic
- Is professional, reliable, and patient-focused
