Role: Slickline Specialist
Location: Jandakot, WA

Job Description:
The Slickline Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The Slickline Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
The position reports to the Product and Service Delivery Manager.
Successful position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.
He/She needs to have self-drive, initiatives and adapt to adverse situations.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain, prepare and operate slickline tools, plugs, packers, flow control devises and fishing equipment and downhole tools.
- Operates winch inside slickline unit, ensuring depth control and wire tension control
- Prepares equipment at wellsite, responsible for wellhead pressure control equipment.
- Participates in inspecting, maintaining and repairing primary tools, service units and associated equipment
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Responsible for service delivery execution.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
Additional Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise slickline operations at the wellsite and provide technical support for downhole and surface equipment
- Perform Rig Up and Rig Down in coordination with the Client representative and Drilling Contractor.
- Perform Service according to the job program and according to the agreed risk assessment.
- Responsible for the application and utilization of the relevant business systems.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
Education: Technical degree in Engineering or relevant.
Experience: Min 5-7 years relevant experience, land/offshore

- Schlumberger Slickline services
- Schlumberger execution software
- Pressure control equipment
- Plugs – packers
- Flow control devices
- Slickline fishing
- Wire fishing
Other Requirements
- Reside in Australia and have the full right to live and work in Australia including offshore
- No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company’s requirement
