Due to continued growth, we are seeking two experienced Senior Beauty Consultants to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals who are passionate about aesthetics, luxury service, and building long-term client relationships.
About the Role
As a Senior Beauty Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients throughout their aesthetic journey by providing professional consultations, developing customised treatment plans, and delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting in-depth aesthetic consultations and identifying clients' needs and concerns
- Recommending suitable treatment programs and skincare solutions
- Building and managing long-term client relationships
- Converting enquiries into treatment bookings and package sales
- Achieving individual and clinic sales targets
- Maintaining accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Working closely with doctors, nurses and therapists to ensure outstanding treatment outcomes
- Providing a five-star luxury customer experience from consultation through to aftercare
What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in cosmetic, beauty, medical aesthetics, luxury retail or high-end sales environments
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to close sales and achieve KPIs
- Professional presentation and excellent grooming standards
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Highly Desirable
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Medical aesthetics or cosmetic clinic consultation
- High-end luxury retail sales
- VIP account management
- Skincare and aesthetic treatment planning
- Existing client network within the beauty or luxury industry
- Experience managing high-net-worth clientele
Multilingual Candidates Preferred
