ZK Construction Group is seeking an experienced HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our Melbourne operations.
This is not a FIFO role. You will work across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, western suburbs and CBD, carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs, fault finding, installations and renovation works.
We are looking for a technician who is confident working independently, diagnosing faults and delivering a professional result without needing constant supervision.

Duties
- Air conditioning servicing and maintenance
- HVAC fault finding and repairs
- Refrigeration maintenance and repairs
- Split and ducted system works
- Equipment replacement and installation
- Preventative maintenance
- HVAC works associated with renovations and refurbishments
- Residential, commercial and property maintenance work
- Complete service reports, job documentation and photographs
Requirements
- Relevant refrigeration and air conditioning trade qualifications
- Current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence where required
- Relevant Victorian electrical licensing/registration for the work being undertaken
- Current driver licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Own tools
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- High standard of workmanship
- Reliable and professional attitude
