- Location: Olympic Dam mine, SA
- Roster: 2:1 (Days and Nights)
- FIFO - flights covered from Capital Cities
- Able to travel to various sites in WA and SA

About the Role
Raise bore drillers who will be responsible for operating specialised drilling equipment to create vertical or inclined shafts in underground mining projects, ensuring precise borehole alignment and safety. You’ll work within a skilled and experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Operating a drill rig in a safe manner and in accordance to our standards and procedures;
- Install and operate the reaming head to enlarge the pilot hole to the required diameter.
- Perform routine operator maintenance, including lubrication, filter changes, and minor repairs.
- Report mechanical issues promptly and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
- Liaise with shift supervisors, geotechnical engineers, and other crew members to align on drilling progress and challenges.
- Maintain a clean and organised drill site to prevent hazards and improve efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated drilling experience, either as a raise bore driller or other type of drilling
- Strong safety focus and ability to speak up
- A team mindset and reliable work ethic
- Commitment to contributing to a positive culture
- Valid manual (C class) Australian drivers licence
