About the Role
We’re seeking experienced Hi‑Rail Operators to join our expanding team delivering civil and rail projects across Western Australia. With a strong pipeline of work throughout regional WA and Perth metro, this is an opportunity to secure consistent, long‑term employment with a company that’s growing fast and investing heavily in its people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating hi‑rail equipped excavators and loaders on active rail corridors
- Supporting civil, maintenance and construction activities across multiple project sites
- Completing daily pre‑starts, safety checks and rail corridor compliance requirements
- Working closely with supervisors, protection officers and project teams
- Maintaining safe work practices in accordance with rail network rules and company procedures
What You Need
- Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure (or equivalent).
- TLIC3045 – Operate Road/Rail Vehicle.
- Excavator and Loader tickets.
- Demonstrated experience operating Hi Rail Excavators.
- Current Drivers licence
- White Card (Construction Induction) and Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card.
- Strong safety focus and ability to work within rail protection protocols
- Able to pass a Rail Category 1 medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screening
