Air Radiators is seeking motivated and reliable Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Beverley, South Australia. In this full-time position, you will play an important role in producing high-quality radiator and cooling system products supplied to customers across Australia and internationally.
About the Role
Reporting to the Production Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling radiator and cooling system components in accordance with detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Fabricating, fitting, and finishing products using hand and power tools.
- Participating in lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities and production requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, production, trade, or hands-on environment is preferred but not essential.
- Confidence using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A commitment to workplace health and safety.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
