About the Role:
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service across our bar and dining areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable experience. From taking orders and serving food and beverages to maintaining presentation standards, you'll thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
As a Gaming Attendant, you'll provide professional and attentive service within our gaming lounge, ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations while creating a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for our patrons.
Whether you're working on the floor, behind the bar or in the gaming lounge, you'll play an important part in creating memorable guest experiences while working within a supportive and fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Attendants:
· Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Take food and beverage orders and serve guests efficiently
- Prepare and maintain dining and bar areas
- Work collaboratively with the wider venue team
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Gaming Attendants:
- Provide outstanding customer service within the gaming lounge
- Monitor gaming operations and ensure compliance with venue procedures
- Process gaming payouts and assist patrons as required
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
- Adhere to all responsible gambling requirements
About You:
- Previous hospitality experience
- Australian Work Rights
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, reliable and professional with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service

- Current RSA Certificate (Essential)
Gaming:
- Current RSA Certificate (Essential)
- Current RCG Certificate (Essential)
- ARCG Certificate (Highly Regarded)
