About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Customer Solutions team at CSR. In this permanent part-time position based in Wetherill Park, you will play a vital role in supporting our project portfolio through coordination, governance support, reporting, scheduling, and documentation management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your project management capabilities while contributing to initiatives that build solutions for a better future with a relentless focus on creating sustainable value.
Working closely with the GM - Innovation & Solutions Development and collaborating with project managers across the organization, you will provide essential coordination support that enables successful project delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting transformation and digital initiatives that drive meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers with scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day coordination activities
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, record minutes, and track actions to ensure timely follow-through
- Support Steering Committee and Executive reporting with accurate, timely information
- Update program plans, timelines, and resource tracking to maintain project visibility
- Manage document control in accordance with CSR standards and best practices
- Coordinate benefits tracking and baseline capture to measure project value
- Support financial tracking including purchase orders, invoices, and forecasting
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to appropriate stakeholders
- Comply with workplace health, safety, and environment authorities in accordance with CSR responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in coordination or PMO (Project Management Office) roles
- Knowledge/exposure to manufacturing or building products sectors (ideal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications
- Understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches
- Independent, detail-focused working style with strong attention to accuracy
- Experience supporting transformation or digital initiatives (ideal)
- Familiarity with project governance frameworks and reporting structures (ideal)
