About the Role
As an Apprentice Bricklayer, you’ll work alongside qualified tradespeople and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of bricklaying while completing your apprenticeship.
Duties Include
- Assisting qualified bricklayers on-site.
- Mixing mortar and preparing materials.
- Laying bricks, blocks and other masonry products under supervision.
- Setting up and packing down work areas.
- Measuring and marking out work.
- Maintaining tools and equipment.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures.
- Keeping worksites clean and organised.
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine interest in learning the bricklaying trade.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual and honest.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- White Card (or willingness to obtain before starting).
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred but not essential.
