Our Team and the Role
Reporting to our National Sales Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing sales team at an exciting time for TIMG. You'll be working closely with our local VIC Operations team to drive both local and national growth — managing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, client meetings and tailored quoting within your territory
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring an outstanding customer experience
- Identify and pursue tender opportunities and assist with the tender process where required
- Represent TIMG at trade exhibitions, networking events, conferences and demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, delivery and specifications with clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare accurate quotes and cost calculations for prospects and customers
- Maintain up-to-date records of all client activity, calls, meetings and correspondence in the CRM
- Monitor market trends and feed insights back to the business to support strategic planning
- Review your own sales performance and work towards meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Collaborate closely with the VIC Operations team and wider business to deliver results
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a Senior Sales Representative or Business Development Manager role
- Proven experience in account management within a relevant industry
- Experience in information management, document services or a similar industry is highly regarded
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A commercially minded approach with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities
- Confidence working autonomously while collaborating effectively with a wider team
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine drive to succeed
