CMTL Group is currently seeking motivated and reliable Civil Construction Labourers to join an upcoming civil infrastructure project in Coffs Harbour, commencing in approximately 3 weeks.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team working on quality civil construction projects, assisting with the construction of reinforced concrete retaining walls.

Scope of Work
- Assisting with reinforced concrete retaining wall construction
- General civil labouring duties
- Assisting formworkers, steel fixers and concreters
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Handling materials and equipment
- Maintaining a safe and organised worksite
- Following instructions from supervisors and leading hands
Essential Requirements
- Previous civil construction labouring experience
- Experience working around reinforced concrete structures
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Highly Desirable
- Experience assisting with reinforcement walls or retaining walls
- Civil construction experience
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- Plant tickets (Roller, Excavator, Skid Steer or Loader)
- HR Driver's Licence
