We're looking for a reliable, client-focused cleaner to join our team for regular residential and light commercial cleaning across the Newcastle region. This is a casual role with consistent, recurring clients. We aim to keep you on the same day each week, at the same time, with the same clients wherever possible.
What You'll Get

Where You'll Work
Our service area is wide, but shifts are batched by location to minimise driving. For this role, work is typically within 30 minutes of Newcastle, between Stockton, Cameron Park, Warners Bay and Belmont (and surrounding areas). Applicants should live within the service area, ideally centrally located or towards either end of the run.
What You'll Be Doing
Mostly recurring cleans (weekly/fortnightly) for regular clients, typically 3–4 jobs/clients per day once at full load. ~90% residential, with some small/light daytime commercial. No end-of-lease cleaning, no Airbnb, no one-offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Dusting and cleaning surfaces
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Internal glass/windows (where accessible)
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting shortages
- Building and maintaining client relationships
Team Setup
You'll train with the owner and other team members, for variety and full support. After training you'll mostly work solo, joining a team for larger jobs. You'll be employed by us, not working as a contractor. Super and travel are paid on top of your rate, and you're not left to source your own jobs.

Requirements
Must have:
- Current NSW driver's licence & reliable vehicle (your round covers multiple suburbs)
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Physically fit (carrying equipment, lifting, stairs, repetitive movements)
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Available daytime Monday to Friday
- Must live within reasonable travelling distance of Newcastle & surrounding suburbs
Nice to have:
- 1+ year cleaning experience preferred
Flexibility (school hours)
We can often adjust job runs to suit the right person: school hours, shorter days, or slightly different start/finish times within our weekday window.
