KPay Group is looking for ambitious people to join our growing field sales team across Australia.This is a 100% field-based role where you’ll meet local business owners face-to-face, introduce KPay’s payment and POS solutions, and manage the sales process from prospecting through to closing.No extensive sales experience is required. We provide structured training, ongoing coaching and clear opportunities for career progression.
What you’ll do
- Meet and build relationships with local business owners
- Introduce KPay’s payment and POS solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build your own pipeline through field outreach, referrals and warm leads
- Grow a merchant portfolio that generates recurring commission

We’re looking for someone with:
- 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience; entry-level candidates are welcome
- A confident, hustle-minded approach and comfort speaking with new people
- A goal-oriented, resilient and performance-driven mindset
- Coachability and a genuine interest in building a long-term sales career
- The ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Full-time availability
- Full Australian working rights with no current or future sponsorship required
Experience in hospitality, retail, real estate, automotive, fitness, telecommunications, energy, insurance or other customer-facing industries is highly valued.
