The role
We are looking for a team member to join our Property Management team to protect our clients' investments while ensuring tenants have a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming place to call home.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide honest, data-driven advice on rental pricing and market conditions.
· Conduct thorough, professional tenant screening to find reliable occupants for their property.
· Coordinate repairs with trusted contractors
· Protect the property's value with regular inspections and detailed reporting.
· Ensure rental payments are collected promptly and managed transparently.
· Be a fair and accessible point of contact for any issues or concerns.
· Conduct all interactions, with respect and professionalism to encourage lease renewals and long-term tenancies.
· Manage administrative tasks, lease agreements, and records with meticulous accuracy.
· Uphold the highest ethical standards in every interaction.
What you bring:
· A current Agents Representative Certificate
· Exceptional organisational & time management skills
· Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is advantageous, though non-essential.
· Previous experience in residential or strata property management
