Food Production Supervisor
Lead daily production, support a growing team and help develop the next generation of Gradi Fine Foods’ wholesale products.
Employment: Full-time
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + superannuation, depending on experience
Location: Gradi Fine Foods, Coburg North VIC
Gradi Fine Foods is looking for an experienced and hands-on Food Production Supervisor to help drive the daily production of our growing wholesale food range.
This role is ideal for an organised production leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing employees and keeping a fast-paced operation moving safely and efficiently.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Production Manager, you will help oversee daily production processes, coordinate the production team and ensure products are made safely, consistently and on schedule.
You will bring structure and energy to the production floor while supporting product development, process improvements and the continued growth of our wholesale operation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily production schedules, workloads and priorities
- Leading, supporting and developing production employees
- Monitoring product quality, consistency, output and wastage
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
- Identifying delays and improving production processes and workflow

What You’ll Bring
- Supervisory experience in food production, manufacturing or a large commercial kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and quality requirements
- Confidence leading employees and managing competing priorities
- A practical, hands-on and solutions-focused leadership style
- Strong communication, organisation and record-keeping skills
HACCP experience and qualifications in commercial cookery, food manufacturing or a related field will be highly regarded.
