- Organised operator who can handle opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and stock control with accuracy.
- Flexible team player who jump in where needed – whether it’s on the floor, at the register, or behind the coffee machine.
- Leader who can communicate clearly, delegate fairly, and keep the team motivated during every shift.
- Individual who takes pride in keeping the café safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

Pay: $68,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
