Your new Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Tax Consulting division.
In this role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and coordination support to Tax Partners and the broader team, while driving process improvements and being the central point of coordination that keeps the team connected and running smoothly.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate Partner diaries, including scheduling and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare high-quality correspondence, including proposals, presentations, and client documentation
Coordinate and manage the monthly billing process
Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
Arrange travel bookings and itineraries as required
Manage the expense reimbursement process in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate internal and external tax training sessions
Collaborate with the broader team to organise and participate in team events and activities, including team strategy days
We are looking for someone who has:
A proactive approach - be one step ahead of this dynamic group!
3+ years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or similar professional services role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
