About the Role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll guide, nurture and inspire young minds through meaningful, play-based learning experiences. Working alongside a close-knit team of educators, you’ll create a positive, engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and curious to explore.
You’ll:
· Design and implement engaging, play-based programs aligned with QKLG and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
· Observe, document, and extend each child’s unique learning journey
· Build strong, genuine relationships with children, families and the wider community
· Collaborate with your team to ensure a caring, compliant, and professional environment
· Reflect on your practice and embrace ongoing growth — because you believe learning never stops
What You’ll Bring
· Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) - Working towards this qualification are also welcome.
· QLD registration or eligibility as an Early Childhood Teacher - Blue card or exemption
· A strong understanding of QKLG and the EYLF
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· A genuine passion for early childhood education and a heart for helping every child thrive

Successful candidate will be offered an annualised salary of $79000 - $99000 plus superannuation to commensurate with skills and experience (indicative hourly rate of $40 - $50).
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
