Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified) to join our dedicated theatre team as a scrub scout nurse.
About You
You are a caring and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, are adaptable to changing clinical demands and take pride in maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.
You are committed to ongoing learning and development, demonstrate sound clinical judgement within your scope of practice and are dedicated to providing a positive experience for every patient.
You will also bring:

Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)

Medication Endorsement and current IV qualification.

Previous theatre experience in open and laparoscopic surgeries.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care.

Understanding of infection prevention and control principles.

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays as required.
