Job roles involve
Installation of Hebel and other cladding products
Applied finishes and coatings to surfaces
Solid plastering – applying plaster coverings to interior and exterior surfaces
Cement based rendering to external surfaces
Interpret drawings and documents to confirm specifications and installation requirements
Conduct pre-start safety and risk assessments on all jobs prior to commencing any works
Providing excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with our customers
Adherence to all workplace health and safety legislation, processes and procedures
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Relevant Qualification;
- At least 3 years of related experience;
- Concrete cancer repair / remediation experience
- Trowel Texture / sand finish render / special effects skills
- Good communication, be able to relate well to customers and other staff, good problem
solving skills
- A can do attitude and prepared to learn new skills when the opportunity presents.
- Trades need a Minimum of 4 yrs site / trade exp
- Good safety awareness, willing to do inductions, daily JSAs, ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to pass random drug tests is required.
- Weekend work is expected when needed
- Current drivers lisc and white card is critical - work safety at heights to be obtained - Tickets
Desirable, but not essential: EWP, Scaff, Rope Access.
